Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multifamily investments generate ongoing passive income with a focus on appreciation over time through added value. Real estate is a physical asset that can always be monetized by renting, selling, or refinancing the property, irrespective of financial market conditions. This makes real estate a far more stable investment compared to stocks and bonds that are highly susceptible to the day to day fluxes in the market. Furthermore, within the real estate investment space, multifamily assets have proven to be the safest asset class.
Our Managing Partners
David Chester | General Partner
David Chester is the Managing Partner at 4Leaf Capital, a multifamily real estate investment firm dedicated to helping families achieve double-digit returns for multi-generational wealth. With a PhD in theoretical physics, David leverages his expertise as a data scientist to bring a unique, data-driven approach to real estate investing.
Inspired by his growing family, David co-founded the company with his wife, Ashley, to spend more quality time with loved ones and provide financial freedom without constraints. Together, they work with commercial real estate brokers to source the best deals and collaborate with high-net-worth individuals through a syndicate model to acquire apartment buildings.
David focuses on broker relations, underwriting, financial modeling, and social media marketing, utilizing AI tools he develops in-house. His analytical skills and innovative strategies set the company apart in the industry. Committed to improving the lives of families, David ensures that their properties offer genuine value additions that enhance the quality of life for renters while also increasing returns for investors.
Ashley Nicole Chester | general partner
Ashley Nicole is a general partner and co-founder of 4Leaf Capital, in addition to being a dedicated stay-at-home wife and mom. Prior to that, she enjoyed a successful career as a professional chef. With a deep commitment to social impact, Ashley combined her culinary expertise with her passion for being of service by working with an organization that provides fine dining experiences to the unhoused and at-risk youth; using her skills to create meaningful change for the collective.
Ashley studied at The Art Institute in Hollywood, CA, where she majored in digital cinema and video production. Her experience in the entertainment industry refined her exceptional relationship-building skills, making her a versatile and empathetic professional.
Inspired by the birth of her daughter, Clover, and driven by a desire to create a lasting legacy she and husband, David established 4Leaf Capital. Together, they are committed to building a legacy of impact, good fortune and abundance for families, investors and the community.
